Why Uplands?
Building another typical neighborhood in Westminster would’ve been easy. But Uplands was designed to be something more.
This is a new community near Denver (not far from Boulder, either) that embraces the best parts of what neighborhoods were meant to be — places where front porches make better neighbors, streets are lively and inviting and green spaces make it easier to slow down, get outside and connect with what’s important. Because when a neighborhood is built with this much intention, life just feels better.
A mix that makes community work
Homes built for real life
Turns out, a little variety goes a long way — and Uplands has plenty. Here, a mix of single-family homes, paired homes and townhomes keeps things interesting, with thoughtful details that make everyday life feel good: front porches facing the action, second-story decks made for watching Rocky Mountain sunsets and lawns that are big enough to enjoy (but small enough to manage).
More Than a Neighborhood
A Place for All
Our vision is to create an open, welcoming kind of place where people from all walks of life can feel at home. Where kids can bike to school, local businesses thrive and a rich tapestry of gathering spaces turn neighbors into friends. A place designed to grow with its people, adapt over time and make the entire area stronger, healthier and more vibrant along the way.
Good neighbors to the land
Thrivability built-in
At Uplands, stewardship isn’t just part of the plan — it is the plan. Intentional infrastructure connects every home to neighborhood parks, paths and amenities, making it easy to live actively and spend more time outside. Landscapes are water-wise and pollinator-friendly, designed to flourish in Colorado’s climate while supporting the local ecosystem. And inside each home, state-of-the-art efficiencies keep energy and water use low and comfort high. Because a well-designed community shouldn’t just be a place to live. It should be a place to thrive.
